Recalculation of allocated quantities of GH6 and GH8 - Gasday 03/05/17

Due to a technical issue, the allocated quantities sent in the ALOCAT messages for GH6 and GH8 were erroneous.

As a consequence, these quantities have been recalculated at 15h10 CET. All allocation messages as from GH6 have been resent.
