In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will perform some maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Wednesday 17 March 2021 from 03:15 to 08:00.
Please bear in mind that:
- Nominations will not be treated between 03.00 and 08.00.
- Provisional Hourly Allocation Form (BALL) and Gas In Storage (GIS) messages will be impacted.
- The Electronic Data Platform (EDP) will be unavailable during this timeframe.

- For all sections (Transmission/Storage/Terminalling):
- Standardisation of manual downloads : In the aim of uniformization of the reports, a 1000-separator will no longer be used for the manually downloadable reports. The automatic downloads remain unchanged. More information (e.g. impacted reports) can be found via the following link (https://www.fluxys.com/en/products-services/supplying-europe/belgium/operational-information).
- Old Metering Codification : All reports and downloads that are still based on the old metering codification, will be removed permanently.
- Section Transmission :
- Invoices (XML-downloads) : In preparation of the transition to Atrias, a new field 'CustomerSegmentGroup' will already be added in the downloads to take into account the new segments for public distribution. This field will of course only be used once the transition is effective. More information can be found in the folder 'XSD and XML format (valid as of 17/03/2021)' (link towards operational Information: https://www.fluxys.com/en/products-services/covering/belgium/operational-information).

- Virtual Liquifaction : With the purpose of providing our shippers with an estimation of the capacities available for virtual liquefaction, a new tab will become available.
- Report ‘Storage Capacity Rights’ : From now on, both the automatic and manual downloads will distinguish between additional storage and residual storage, whereas previously the sum was shown.
